This sensor is ideal for hard to reach applications. Its 3/4" diameter allows insertion into narrow tank openings and small flow lines, and gives greater stability in highly agitated vessels. Maintenance time is reduced, since there is only one active element to be serviced, and it is readily accessible, requiring no tools for removal.

Application Notes
Wetted materials of construction are 316 stainless steel and CPVC, with double o-ring seals of EPR. The outer o-ring absorbs any chemical attack, allowing the inner to provide reliable sealing in a protected environment. A 5" long cartridge containing a combination pH or ORP sensor snaps into the end of the stainless steel body. TC elements are potted in the body itself. Leads are 10' standard, with an optional j-box available.

Process connections are made via a bored through swage fitting with 3/4" NPT threads. This fitting can be screwed into a line, a tank, or the optional wet-tap valve assembly. It can also be turned around and connected to a standpipe for use in a submersion configuration. The unit is recommended primarily for difficult insertion applications, but its small footprint and ease of access make it a good choice for general purpose submersion use as well.

TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION:
Standard element is 3KΩ @ 25°C BALCO, for use with SDI, Uniloc, TBI, Sensor Technology, Signet, ECD and others. Specify make and model of instrument for correct TC element.
